Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion, ensuring its success and growth.
• Supervise Deupree Meals On Wheels and Swipe 'N' Dine services, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (healthcare, social work, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing memory care programs.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
