Key Responsibilities

  • Set and manage the company’s operating rhythm, cadence, reviews, planning cycles, and accountability structures across all functions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring leadership alignment and translating company priorities into clear, executable plans.
  • Take ownership of operational performance across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and G&A, removing blockers and driving consistency.
  • Build and refine the systems, processes, and frameworks that allow the business to scale without breaking.
  • Champion the full customer journey, from first onboarding through long-term retention and expansion, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience.
  • Work closely with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and business performance management.
  • Define and own the operational metrics that matter, creating visibility and accountability across the organization.
  • Develop leaders and managers at all levels, building a culture where people take ownership and deliver results.
  • Drive organizational design decisions as the company grows, balancing speed with structure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior or executive leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • SaaS background is required.
  • A track record of helping a SaaS company scale through a meaningful growth stage, ideally in the $10M–$50M+ ARR range.
  • Genuine cross-functional experience, you’ve led or closely partnered with go-to-market, customer success, and product teams simultaneously.
  • Fluency in the metrics that drive SaaS businesses: NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and operational efficiency ratios.
  • A history of building process and structure that enables growth rather than slowing it down.
  • Comfort operating at the board and investor level, with strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • A data-first mindset, you make decisions based on evidence and build systems that surface the right information to the right people.
  • The ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while holding a high performance bar.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $200,000–$225,000 base salary + 20% bonus.
