AllView is a high-growth real estate holding firm headquartered in Newport Beach, currently operating with a team of approximately thirty and on track to double in size within the next twelve months. We are not just a property Real Estate firm; we are building a massive, dynamic "house of companies" encompassing AllView (property management, brokerage, development, syndication, consulting), Trustie Co (a full suite of home service companies), and future ventures like title, escrow, and insurance.

The business operates on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) and is led by a founder who is the company's Visionary. We are looking for our Integrator, the operational counterpart who will translate strategy into execution, drive accountability across the leadership team, and build the financial and operational infrastructure to support the next phase of growth. We need a leader who understands that incremental growth is a trap, and who will architect the future by acting as the ultimate "Who" to the Founder's vision.

Direct Reports

Department leads across operations, finance/accounting, property management, construction, Brokerage, and people functions—plus the leaders of newly launched business verticals.

Travel

Limited, primarily local property and client visits throughout Southern California.

The Role: Integrator, Innovator, Executor

The Chief Operating Officer is the operational backbone of the company. As the EOS Integrator, the COO is responsible for harmoniously integrating the major functions of the business, owning the company scorecard, leading the weekly Level 10 cadence, and ensuring the leadership team executes on its quarterly Rocks.

The COO will own the P&L and forecasting function, partner closely with the CEO on strategy, and lead the build-out of the people and systems infrastructure required to scale the team and the portfolio responsibly.

Compensation

$150,000 base salary.

Upside

• Performance bonuses and profit share tied to company revenue and profit goals, taking total comp to $250,000+ for a top performer, plus additional upside as new business lines and companies within the ecosystem come online.
