Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance.
  • Implement processes that improve performance and drive the organization towards its goals.
  • Collaborate with the head of HR on people practices that foster growth and excellence.
  • Regularly conduct performance analysis in every department.
  • Provide strategic growth insights to the CEO while ensuring that the organization remains ahead of potential risks.
  • Directly manage and drive annual outcomes for the Project Management, HR, Legal and Finance teams.
  • Oversee the consistent presentation of clear financial information to the CEO and Board.
  • Manage the company's annual budgeting process and establish financial controls to stay on track.
  • Effectively manage high-level vendor relationships with attorneys, banks, auditors, and tax specialists.
  • Ensure legal, financial and operational compliance company-wide.
  • Empower and nurture the professional development of direct reports by actively promoting a culture of continuous growth, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • As needed, recruit and build a team of A players by creating an environment that fosters individual and team excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of financial, business and strategic planning experience in a technology/ad tech/software business
  • Track record of scaling a high growth business
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and strategy
  • Self-motivated and autonomous with high integrity and ethical standards
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn

Pay

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $275,000. Final compensation will be determined by the candidate's relevant experience, knowledge/skills and location.
