About the role

A well-established, multi-location healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional specialty medical care through a patient-first approach. Our team of physicians, clinicians, and support professionals leverage advanced technology and proven clinical practices to provide comprehensive diagnostic, surgical, and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, and internal controls
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Cook up and manage external audit and tax engagements
• Support senior management with financial and operational analysis to drive informed decision-making
• Oversee revenue cycle management and collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance
• Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes

Requirements

• Healthcare provider accounting experience
• CPA or MBA
• 5+ years accounting leadership experience
• Revenue cycle management
• Financial reporting expertise

Qualifications

• MIS MSO / DSO experience
• Multi-location healthcare provider experience
