About the role

Prepare and manage documentation for external auditors, banking partners, and other key stakeholders. Utilize Viewpoint, a construction-specific ERP software platform similar to Foundation, for financial management. Oversee and manage a team of 10–12 professionals within the Accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual audits and tax returns to ensure full compliance with GAAP and tax authority requirements
• Analyze monthly financial statements to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
• Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis to maintain precise ledger records
• Provide payroll support and assist with control and compliance functions within the Accounting department

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in accounting functions including general ledger management, audits, and month/year-end close processes
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to financial operations
• Background in public or private sector accounting is acceptable
