About the role

Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, internal controls, and financial analysis. Revise, improve, and standardize accounting processes to drive operational efficiency. Partner with the leadership team to analyze production costs, material usage, purchasing, inventory, and operating variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance
• Proven financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in improving and standardizing accounting processes
