Control System Engineer (PE) - SCADA

About the role

Your daily job function will include one or more of the following:

• Design SCADA Network, panel layouts, I/O wiring diagrams and fiber optic networks.
• Develop Bill of Materials and Estimates for Design projects.
• Prepare drawings detailing the system designed utilizing AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Develop Conceptual design reports and Concept of Operation Documents.
• Prepare Engineering Specifications.
• Cook up work with engineers of other disciplines and architects.
• Lead SCADA Engineering Designs.
• Engage with SCADA vendors and manufacturers to understand product capabilities.

  Responsibilities

  Our Control System Engineers provide technically complex and robust SCADA systems to support critical transportation and aviation infrastructure, water/wastewater and mission-critical environments. Our Engineers are involved in designing or integrating Power Systems, Life Safety systems (Ventilation and Fire), Traffic systems and mechanical systems.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Controls focus), Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License in Control Systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Proficiency with Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware SCADA manufacturers.
  • Minimum requirements to work Government Projects.
  • 10%-15% travel time expected with trip durations 1 to 2 weeks, local or international travel.
