Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end controls system architecture for mission-critical facilities, covering chilled water systems, HVAC, power monitoring, and data hall controls.
- Own system design, PLC/SCADA programming, commissioning support, and integration of complex industrial control systems into large-scale AI infrastructure environments.
- Define and standardize control system design practices across multiple deployments, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across rapidly growing global portfolio.
- Develop control system architectures, functional specifications, and detailed engineering design.
- Program and configure PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMIs based on project requirements.
- Define and maintain standard sequences of operations (SOOs), P&IDs, and control design templates.
- Support simulations, factory acceptance testing (FAT), construction, and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure alignment of control systems with overall electrical, mechanical, and operational design intent.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams across multiple global sites.
- Establish and improve control system standards across infrastructure portfolio.
Compensation & Benefits
- The base salary for this W-2 position ranges from $96.15 – $120.19 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
