Contracts Specialist

About the role
Perform contract activities within the Contracts Department. Provide support to the Manager of Contracts & Bids, NA Sales Management, and National Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents
- Maintain electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software
- Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts, contracts, and pricing issues and information
- Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required
- Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests
- Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review
- Support Contracts Department, National Accounts, and Senior Management, as needed
- Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of contracts experience, preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong overall computer skills—high proficiency with Excel, Word, databases, and the internet is essential
- Knowledge of reporting software (e.g., Crystal) is desirable
- Contracts and National Accounts experience
- Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work independently after training
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Pay
The hourly pay rate for this position is $28.00 to $35.00. Factors which may affect this rate include shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
