The Role OKSI is looking for a Contracts Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle across our federal and commercial agreements. You'll work directly with our Contracts, Program Management, and Business Development teams to keep contract administration, commercial agreements, and subcontracting moving accurately and on schedule. What You'll Do Administer awarded U.S. Government contracts (Cost-Plus, FFP, T&M) and commercial B2B agreements from pre-award through closeout; maintain contract files, correspondence logs, and deliverable trackingDraft and review commercial agreements including PSAs and MSAs; prepare and administer NDAs with partners, teaming organizations, and vendors; track renewal and expiration datesSupport procurement and subcontracting, including issuance of subcontracts and teaming agreements with FAR/DFARS flow-down clauses; monitor subcontractor performance and invoicingReview solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) and flag contractual risk areas in support of proposal activitiesEnsure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements; support DCAA/DCMA audit prep; maintain CDRLs and reporting obligationsSubmit receiving reports and contract deliverable documentation in U.S. Government reporting systems Requirements Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, procurement, or acquisitionFamiliarity with contract types: FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and IDIQ/task-order vehiclesStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across program, finance, and BD teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field (equivalent experience considered)DAWIA Level I or II certification in ContractingExperience with contract management systems or ERP systems Compensation And Benefits $90,000 - $155,000.
