Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 Years Experience VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License
- Commercial HVAC experience
- 7+ years HVAC experience
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge, skill and successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC
- Manages and oversees mechanical operations
- Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical systems
- Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes
