Key Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources support and consultation to employees and management.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Cook up and conduct employee training sessions as required.
  • Support recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay

Firm, no more or no less than 20 hours per week.

Schedule

Tuesdays - Thursdays from 9am ET - 4pm ET with flexibility options to work later in the evening and flex elsewhere when needed on occasion (example: overseas meeting with a military spouse employee client).

Job Summary
