Contractor - Workplace Infra & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee mechanical operations, including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Provide technical expertise in mechanical system maintenance, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with state and local mechanical codes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License.
• At least 7 years of HVAC experience, including commercial HVAC experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and successful performance in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC.
• Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration.
