Contract Stepdown RN

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will manage patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 at night
• Work every other weekend

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care
• Active Illinois nursing license
• EPIC proficiency
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver’s license
• Professional references from the past 24 months
