About the role
Seeking a dedicated Stepdown RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver patient care in the Stepdown unit, collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes, and utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 at night
- Work every other weekend
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care
- Active Illinois nursing license
- EPIC EMR skills
- BLS/ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC
Preferred Qualifications
- Driver’s license
