Contract Stepdown RN

About the role

Seeking a dedicated Stepdown RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver and manage care for patients in the Stepdown unit, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Maintain appropriate patient ratios (1:4-5 during day shift, 1:5-6 at night)
• Work every other weekend

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care
• Active Illinois nursing license
• EPIC proficiency
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Valid driver's license
