About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and project managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Contribute to the design and development of new software features and functionalities
  • Ensure code quality and maintain existing systems
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
