What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting specifically for contractor and consultant hiring
• Recruit SAP and Oracle consultants across a variety of functional and technical skill sets
• Build and manage contractor pipelines across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
• Source and engage specialized enterprise technology talent in highly competitive markets
• Build proactive talent pipelines to support current and upcoming customer projects
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find SAP and Oracle skill sets

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants
• Strong experience with contract/contingent workforce recruiting
• Strong experience with recruiting both onshore and nearshore talent, particularly across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
• Strong understanding of the systems integrator and enterprise consulting ecosystem
• Previous recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, or a similar organization is highly preferred
• Experience recruiting specialized enterprise technology talent across both functional and technical roles
• Able to manage multiple searches and contractor pipelines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
