What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
- Source technical talent across engineering, product, data, and early-career roles
- Support university recruiting programs
- Coordinate career fairs and recruiting events
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams
- Use tools and AI to improve recruiting execution
- Keep recruiting systems clean and actionable
What You Bring
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a related recruiting support role
- Strong interest in technical recruiting, early-career talent, and high-growth hiring environments
- Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management
- Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without dropping details
- Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- A high-agency mindset: you notice what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow through without needing every step defined
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools
- Candidate-first instincts and a belief that speed, clarity, and care matter at every stage of the process
- Curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity as we continue to build and improve our recruiting processes
