The Talent Coordinator will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. About the Role

This role requires collaboration with the HR Business Partner to post open positions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), developing and selecting job descriptions, maintaining candidate records, conducting virtual pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews, utilizing recruiting platforms, and assisting with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Business Partner to post open positions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and select accurate, effective job descriptions for open positions.
• Maintain candidate records and track candidate progress within the ATS in accordance with company guidelines.
• Review applications and conduct virtual pre-screen interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Congratulate candidates for open positions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers as requested.
• Utilize recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill positions.
• Aid the HR Business Partner with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Business Partner or Human Resources Director.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and practices.
• Experience with data entry and record management systems.
• Experience with video conferencing tools.

Skills
