Contract Recruiter

The QTI Group is partnering with an area manufacturer to hire a Contract Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across production, office, technical, and leadership roles.

About the role

The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR to build relationships and support the candidate interview process. This is a temporary role with an anticipated project length of 3-4 months, supporting recruiting activities during a staffing transition.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance throughout the process
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
• Utilize ATS for candidate tracking and recruiting workflow management
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting channels

Requirements

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Prior manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR and business leaders
• Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Paycom, UKG) and direct sourcing tools
• Must be already located in Wisconsin, preferably the Greater Madison area
