About the role
Our client, a manufacturing company in Somerville, MA, is looking for a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of requisitions, including manufacturing and facilities positions
- Manage a high volume of job postings and candidate activity in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong preference for experience recruiting for manufacturing or facilities positions
- Track record of successfully managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Greenhouse experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
