About the role

The Lead Project Manager for Hyperscaler is a senior leadership role. The Lead Project Manager is the project owner of one or multiple Anchor projects and is leading teams of project managers and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of the project. The Lead Project Manager acts as a champion to the project with delegated project delivery accountability from the steering committee and therefore requires the following competences: ability to strategic thinking, effective resource management, and the ability to monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring business objectives, timelines, and financial goals are achieved.
• Lead and support project managers and cross-functional teams to drive efficient execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and governance to optimize performance across initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while developing contingency plans to address schedule or budget deviations.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and Steering Committees, presenting project progress, milestones, and outcomes.
• Monitor and report on project performance, financial results, and key metrics using project management tools and real-time data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• PMP certification preferred
• 2-5 years of Project Manager experience
• International experience a plus
• 5-7 years of leadership experience
• Hyperscaler experience required
