Customer-Facing Project Manager (Onboarding & Delivery)

At Hyve Solutions, we partner with some of the world’s leading technology companies to deliver scalable infrastructure and operational excellence. We’re looking for a Customer-Facing Project Manager to lead high-impact customer engagements from onboarding through delivery.
What You’ll Do
Own the Customer Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and project delivery
Build trusted relationships and ensure clear communication, alignment, and confidence
Lead customer-facing meetings including onboarding, status updates, and executive reviews
Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations
Drive Project Delivery
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to customer and business goals
Lead projects across relevant phases, including discovery, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization based on scope and complexity
Cross-coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Translate Customer Needs into Action
Lead discovery sessions to define business, technical, and operational requirements
Convert customer requirements into actionable plans and aligned internal execution
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and Hyve’s capabilities
Identify and resolve gaps that may impact timelines or delivery quality
Lead Governance & Decision-Making
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
Drive alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery plans
Ensure customer requirements are clearly defined, validated, and feasible before execution
Support Successful Launch & Stabilization
Lead go-live readiness and transition to operations
Support post-launch stabilization and ensure customer success
Improve & Scale
Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve delivery processes
Contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding frameworks
What You Bring
5+ years of project management experience in customer-facing environments (technology, manufacturing, or operations preferred)
Experience managing customer relationships, including executive stakeholders
Experience with onboarding, implementation, or integration projects
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
PMP or similar certification is a plus

Pay
