Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from $37,600 to $44,000. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

About the role

Provides administrative and operational support to Program Directors and the Lead Contracts Coordinator in the coordination, processing, and maintenance of contractual agreements for graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in clinical coursework. Supports the contract approval workflow by tracking agreement status, facilitating required documentation, preparing reports, maintaining contract-related data, and assisting with process updates and training activities. Contributes to the development and implementation of procedures and protocols for securing agreements with large clinical partners. Serves as a resource to leadership, team members, and stakeholders by responding to contract-related inquiries and providing accurate information regarding contract processes and requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Assists in the preparation and submission of contractual agreements between the College of Nursing and Health Innovation and clinical/non-clinical affiliates.
  • Maintains and tracks complete and incomplete agreements.
  • Identifies expiring contracts, contacts the clinical agencies to answer queries from new clinical sites.
  • Assists members of the Clinical Coordination Team by providing contract status.
  • Conducts daily technical review of contracts and related documents to verify that contract data and contractual language comply with facility partners and university guidelines.
  • Reviews contracts for program coverage, facility coverage, term length, and conditions.
  • Communicates with affiliates, clinical staff, and CONHI leadership regarding contract requirements, documentation, and contract data.
  • Responds to inquiries, provides clarification, supports administrative needs such as annual contract reporting and affiliation agreements for grant proposals, and assists program managers and faculty in securing and maintaining affiliation partnerships.
  • Provides administrative support to the contracts and clinical coordination teams.
  • Aids in the training of staff on policies and procedures for contract execution.
  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with legal correspondents at clinical sites.
  • Inputs contract information into appropriate databases such as SharePoint and Exxat.
  • Inputs, edits, stores, retrieves, formats, and accumulates a variety of documents and reports that relate to contract maintenance such as daily reports and audits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience processing contracts or six (6) years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of experience processing contracts or related administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of contract administration, tracking, and documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, clinical education, or affiliation agreement processes.
  • Ability to interpret and apply contract terms, policies, and procedures accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide responsive service and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, and document management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm Hybrid work environment (remote & in-office)
