Contract Attorney - Healthcare Commercial Contracts

About the Role

We are looking for experienced contract attorneys who can provide immediate support reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and remediating corporate agreements. These resources will work closely with internal stakeholders to help address a backlog of contract work and support ongoing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and remediate corporate agreements
• Support background supporting corporate legal departments or procurement organizations
• Manage a high volume of agreements while maintaining attention to detail
• Work with cross-functional business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry
• Banking or financial services contract experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with contract remediation, amendment reviews, and contract lifecycle activities

• Ability to manage high-volume agreements

Pay

• Hourly rate: $50.00 – $73.00

Schedule

• Standard hours
• Hybrid work model: 3-4 days per week in office required (Eden Prairie, MN)
