About the Opportunity:The CONTRACT ASSOCIATE MANAGER role is focused on providing contract management expertise to business units and project teams. The position ensures compliance with contract policies, monitors contractual obligations, manages risks, and facilitates communication among project teams, legal departments, and external clients or vendors. This role is vital for maintaining contract integrity and supporting the successful execution of government engagements. Responsibilities:Provide on-site advice on contract management and policy compliance.Initiate, track, and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks.Manage contractual obligations and ensure terms and conditions are met.Prepare and distribute information on contract status and compliance.Consult and escalate unresolved contractual or business issues to leadership.Implement contract management processes.Serve as primary contact between project teams and legal departments.Liaise between the organization and clients or vendors.Inform project teams of contract requirements and monitor adherence.Develop and integrate contract management tools and processes.Understand the organization’s business areas to communicate effectively with senior executives.Provide training to contract management or program personnel as needed. Requirements:U.S. Citizenship required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 4 years of contract management experience in federal government contracting.Strong knowledge of GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts, GWACs, and Multi-Agency Contracts.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Experience with reseller agreements, asset management, and software licensing/procurement is desirable.Ability to obtain a security clearance.
