Identify contract requirements and write specifications for a medium portfolio or area of the business for existing contracts and/or new contracts. Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service level agreements. Will also plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts. Manage a category plan/program in line with the organizations' purchasing/procurement and/or sales strategy ensuring realization of synergies, like cost savings and risk-reduction, and/or optimization of the category profit, while reporting to senior colleagues. Collect and analyze the key cost drivers, market dynamics and issues, areas of innovation, and alternative suppliers for high-risk area(s) with few alternatives/high costs of changing, in consultation with relevant functions to provide solid market information for decision making. Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues. Requirements University / Post Graduate (Masters Degree) in engineering, business administration or equivalent qualification5 to 10 years of experience in construction contract administration or managing commercial relationship in large investment projects being executed on an EPC/EPCM contractor basisEstablished project management skills and knowledge of relevant IT toolsProfessional applicable experience including contract administration and/or subcontract administration, claims management and drafting / reviewing contract related documents and correspondenceChange order and claims negotiation management experience Procurement phase experience reviewing RFPs, certs and reps compliance, contract terms and risk assessment supportAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders within and outside the organizationFlexibility and willingness to travel (20-30%)Ability to develop commercial relationships across a range of cultures to ensure the project cost, timeline and quality Your Application To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
