Contract Administrator I
Job Responsibilities
- Aid in the payroll process and accounts payable
- Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation
- Process travel and expense requests
- Aid in customer billing and collection of past due accounts
- Support contract management and assist Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators as needed
Basic Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in office administration
- Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities
- Works effectively within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Local to Cincinnati, OH area
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $45,000-50,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
