This is a hybrid position based in one of our HUBs or Regional Office locations.
About the role
You’ll ensure every document is organized, accessible, and compliant, keeping our project managers and customers connected and informed throughout the project life-cycle.
Responsibilities
- Liaison between legal and Branches to review and move contracts toward execution
- Review and send all service and project-related contracts to Legal Dept. for approval and negotiations if needed
- Act as point of contact for contract customers as well as responsible for the smooth administration of all Branch department contracts within the US
- Assist in contract negotiations when necessary
- Work with Risk Management to ensure risk is reduced for SEBA and the Branches
- Process all Platinum Rule Exceptions through bridge Front Office (bFO)/Salesforce for corporate approval when needed
- Track all projects and follow-up with customers, Legal and/or sales staff when status is needed
- Process all project-related Certificates of Insurance (COIs), NDAs, Master Subcontracts, Payment & Performance bonds, Bid bonds, Bid Documents and Bid Pre-qualifications when requested via Smartsheet
Requirements
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in a relative field
- 3+ years of contract experience in the construction industry
- Working knowledge of construction insurance
- Ability to work on multiple tasks/contracts simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to follow process and ensure that process is followed

Pay
For this U.S.-based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
