About the role
As a Contract Administrator, you will turn executed contracts into clear, coordinated action. You will review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, map requirements to business goals, and drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. You will become an essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers as they navigate amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters.
In this role, you will manage 300+ active contracts and orders, own the critical renewal opportunities, and keep action items, milestones, status, and next steps documented in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Review executed contracts and identify obligations and deadlines
- Map contract requirements to business goals
- Drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers on amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters
- Manage 300+ active contracts and orders
- Own critical renewal opportunities
- Maintain documentation of action items, milestones, status, and next steps in Salesforce
Requirements
- 5+ years of contracting experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, state and local governments strongly preferred
- Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and customer relationship management software, Salesforce strongly preferred
- Ability and comfort in administering legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes
- Experience utilizing direct contracting mechanisms and 3rd party contracting vehicles such as Cooperative Purchasing Agreements
- Familiarity with solution-based selling, experience in teaming with others to navigate a complex sales process
- Excellent executive-level written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Located in San Francisco, California, and willing to come into our office 4 days/week

Pay
Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable). Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location.
