Contract Administrator Allentown,PA, United States | req32218 What you will enjoy doing* You will manage and process the PSA's.Including preparing a PSA package, tracking and reviewing modifications requested to be made to the PSA and Riders. Modifications are commercial changes. All other changes are worked with our legal department.PSA Process: Send copies of the fully executed contract to the customer & TM, scan a copy of the Agreement onto the East data base Sales for future reference and update the account in JDE accordingly.Send Elizabeth Luty / Randy a copy of the Agreement along with a spreadsheet indicating information she needs in order to update the Agreement Terms in JDE.You will send First Fill letters.Respond to Contract termination letters.You will setup, modify or stop recurring orders when notified by Ernie SnyderFederal, Local, Municipal and State solicitations. - Solicitation Review and Approval, Review Far Clauses, Review Open Orders, & Pricing.Government solicitations, send out the field notifications of possible business opportunities. Registered with several local, state and municipal sites for business opportunities.You will work with TM on cleaning up accounts.ie. Correcting pricing, cylinder balances, T’s and C’s etc.You will complete customer questionnairesReviews and approves contract I quote tool.
