About the Role

The Contract Administrator supports a Joint Program Office (JPO) supporting multiple US Services and international participants. You'll directly support a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and members of a Sustainment Business Operations (SBO) division in contract execution and administration. In this role, you will facilitate coordination and integration among leadership and key stakeholders, including industry partners, to optimize contract performance, schedule and cost, oversee product support provider activities, manage risks, support weapon system prime contract execution, and ensure compliance with governance compliance standards. Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees contract execution
  • Coordinating CPARs
  • Facilitating financial execution and EVM-based oversight
  • Administering contract modifications
  • Facilitating invoicing and DD-250s
  • Assisting on COR activities
  • Advising on contract reconciliation activities
  • Coordinating program management reviews
  • Conducting contract closeouts
  • Works independently and in collaboration with teams in other geographic locations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in contract management, business operations, or program management
  • Experience working with federal government contracts, including statements of work, performance work statements, contract requirements, or contractor performance assessments
  • Experience coordinating, reviewing, and generating high-quality documentation, briefings, and strategic communications
  • Experience supporting senior-level clients
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and effectively review and comprehend contractual language
  • Ability to collaborate with and across senior-level government, industry, and international stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly communicate with contract stakeholders and integrate stakeholder inputs into decision-quality summary documents
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to evolving customer needs
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have

  • Experience with F-35 or DoW weapon system program office
  • Experience with DoW Accountable Property Systems of Record and associated property or inventory activities
  • Experience analyzing, drafting, and updating strategic policy frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration field

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
