About The Role
The Content Marketing Manager drives the editorial strategy, content production, and distribution engine to build brand authority and generate high-intent inbound pipeline. This role is responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling educational content, thought leadership, and product marketing assets. Operating at the intersection of product, SEO, and demand generation, the role owns the content calendar from ideation through promotion. The focus is on producing high-quality, SEO-optimized articles, whitepapers, case studies, and email copy that guide prospects seamlessly through the B2B buyer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar, producing and editing 2-3 high-impact content assets per week, including blog posts, whitepapers, and customer case studies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical features into clear, value-driven narratives for technical and business audiences.
- Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to ensure all organic content ranks highly for high-intent search terms.
- Manage external freelance writers, designers, and agency resources to scale content production while maintaining strict brand and quality standards.
- Partner with the demand generation team to repurpose core assets into multi-channel campaigns across email newsletters, paid acquisition, and social media channels.
- Track and report on content performance metrics, analyzing organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution using Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand writing within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven portfolio of technical writing, educational guides, and thought leadership assets that have driven measurable organic traffic growth.
- Deep familiarity with SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Clearscope) and content management systems (such as WordPress or Webflow).
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of managing editorial calendars and external agency budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related technical field.
- Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS, graphic design tools like Figma/Canva, or video/podcast production.
