About The Role
The Content Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, creation, and distribution of high-impact content designed to educate the market and drive self-serve signups and enterprise pipelines. This role is responsible for turning complex product features and technical concepts into engaging, digestible narratives across various formats. Operating at the intersection of brand narrative and product marketing, the role collaborates closely with product, SEO, and demand generation teams. The focus is on building a comprehensive content engine that positions the platform as an industry thought leader while systematically moving prospects down the acquisition funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy that aligns with SEO keywords, product launches, and demand generation goals
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing page copy, and email newsletter campaigns
- Manage the editorial calendar, coordinating with freelance writers, internal technical experts, and design resources to ensure consistent delivery
- Repurpose core content assets into social media campaigns, video scripts, infographics, and webinar decks to maximize reach
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, tracking organic traffic, referral sources, content downloads, and downstream conversions in Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Optimize existing content for SEO, readability, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) based on search intent and user behavior data
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of content marketing experience, specifically within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proven portfolio of technical writing, editorial planning, and successful content campaigns that generated measurable business leads
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), and content management systems (WordPress, Webflow)
- Experience managing external freelance writers, agency partners, and creative resources under tight deadlines
- Exceptional editorial skills with a meticulous eye for grammar, tone of voice, and visual storytelling layout
- Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS, video editing tools, or interactive content formats (Ceros, Typeform)
