About The Role The Content Marketing Manager owns the content engine for a technology business, translating complex products, data platforms, and technical workflows into clear, useful content for buyers at every stage of the funnel. The role combines editorial strategy, hands-on writing, SEO, and performance analysis. It partners with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and subject-matter experts to increase organic visibility, support pipeline creation, and strengthen the brand across B2B and B2C audiences. Key Responsibilities Build and manage an integrated content strategy spanning website pages, technical blog content, customer stories, case studies, email, webinars, and sales enablement assetsCreate, edit, and publish clear content for technical and business audiences using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or ContentfulDevelop SEO programs through keyword research, search-intent analysis, topic clustering, on-page optimization, internal linking, and technical content briefsOwn the editorial calendar and content production workflow, coordinating freelance writers, agencies, designers, developers, and internal subject-matter expertsMeasure content performance in GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and reporting tools; optimize for organic traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and influenced pipelinePartner with product marketing and demand generation to turn product launches, customer insights, and campaign themes into high-performing content across email, paid, and organic channelsEstablish editorial standards, brand voice, content governance, and repeatable review processes that improve quality and publishing velocity What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of content marketing, editorial, SEO, or demand-generation experience in a technology, SaaS, data, cybersecurity, developer tools, or related environmentDemonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies that improve search visibility, audience engagement, and marketing-sourced or influenced pipelineExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts accurately without losing clarity or reader focusHands-on experience with CMS, marketing automation, analytics, and SEO tools such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search ConsoleStrong project-management skills with experience managing editorial calendars, production timelines, stakeholder reviews, and multiple concurrent deliverablesComfort using performance data to prioritize topics, evaluate content ROI, and improve conversion paths across websites and campaignsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field; Bonus: experience with developer-focused content, content operations, AI-assisted workflows, HTML/CSS, or video and webinar production
