About the role

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will own the content engine that drives awareness, education, and demand for the Ambient.ai Platform. You will craft compelling stories across blogs, case studies, white papers, web copy, and social media, translating complex AI and physical security concepts into clear, buyer-focused narratives. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and design to build a content program that fuels the pipeline and reinforces our category leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that build Ambient.ai’s authority in Agentic Physical Security, increase brand visibility, and drive qualified pipeline
  • Create compelling and engaging content for multiple channels, including blog posts, thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, social media, web copy, email, and newsletters
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and gaps
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience personas, and product/service offerings to create relevant and impactful content
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 2+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company; experience writing about AI, security, or infrastructure is a strong plus
  • Understands how content maps to buyer journey stages and can write or edit for both top-of-funnel reach and mid-funnel progression, not just brand awareness
  • Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Clearscope for keyword research, content gap analysis, and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated experience with AEO, GEO, and SEO, including structuring content for LLM citation, building FAQ schema, optimizing for featured snippets, and writing for better SERP ranking
  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or other available LLMs for research, drafting, repurposing, and QA - not just prompting.
  • Ability to audit existing content library for AI-readiness and implement structural changes (schema markup, internal linking strategy, etc.) that improve visibility in generative search platforms and search engines in general.
  • Comfortable experimenting with and evaluating new AI tools as they emerge; able to recommend tooling decisions and document repeatable processes for the team
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
