About the role
We are hiring a Content & Brand Editorial Lead to architect the narrative and content engine that defines Pindrop’s voice in the Identity Trust category. This is a role for a strategic operator who will own our editorial roadmap, turning complex, high-stakes security challenges (like voice biometrics, deepfake detection, and identity assurance) into compelling narratives that shape the buying decisions of C-suite security leaders.
You are a builder who defines the content standards, voice, and strategy the company follows. You will work daily with Demand Gen, PMM, Product, and Design to ensure every piece of content moves the needle on pipeline and brand authority.
Responsibilities
- Own our quarterly flagship publication, overseeing every stage from sourcing internal research and collaborating with subject matter experts to packaging insights into stories that security leaders rely on.
- Translate complex research into clear narratives, working closely with research and product teams to extract the story from the data and ensure it lands with an executive audience.
- Own organic inbound pipeline strategy, directly connecting content output to measurable pipeline growth and qualified lead generation.
- Manage the editorial calendar, balancing high-velocity tactical content with deep, quarterly thought leadership.
- Operationalize our content engine by building systems, style guides, and AI agents that allow the whole team to maintain brand consistency at scale.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in content marketing at a B2B SaaS or security company, with a focus on building and scaling editorial programs.
- Editorial program ownership, including managing a recurring flagship publication, research series, or editorial calendar.
- Proven success in defining brand narrative and aligning content strategy with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Experience writing for executive decision-makers at Fortune 500 buyers, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership, owning the editorial calendar and ensuring high-velocity execution across PMM, Demand Gen, and Sales.
- A portfolio of published work: blogs, customer stories, thought leadership, and webinars.
- Full-funnel expertise: experience driving strategy from brand narrative to sales-enablement content.
- Technical SEO/AEO proficiency: keyword strategy, technical on-page basics, and structural optimization for AI answer engines.
- AI-Native Workflow: expert use of AI writing tools to increase speed and quality, with specific examples of impact.
- Data fluency: hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and mapping content to pipeline.
Skills
- Exceptional storytelling and editing skills with a high quality bar and attention to detail.
- Ability to move across formats (long-form, short-form, video scripts, webinars, social) and determine the best format for each story.
- Deep understanding of the ICP: Fortune 500 buyers and executives at enterprise companies.
- Technical content backed by real research, including reading primary sources, consulting experts, or pulling data before writing.
- High agency: ability to move fast with minimal hand-holding.
