Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of consumer loan processing department in compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
• Aid in decision-making regarding team staffing, including hiring, terminations, coaching, annual/periodic performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
• Supervise, write, and update policies and procedures manual for Loan Processing.
• Plan and organize workload assignments for staff to ensure efficient resource use and meeting department deadlines.
• Ensure accurate processing of loan modifications and line of credit closures with correct document preparation.
• Effectively utilize and manage lending software such as Symitar, NCINO, Synapsys, and Prologue.
• Mentor and manage staff career development, including assigning and conducting relevant training.
• Regularly provide reporting on team/department activity.
• Process files daily as part of the duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in related field.
• 3-5 years in lending industry with emphasis on loan processing/servicing.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory or leadership role.
