Consumer Loan Operations Specialist

Essential Duties And Accountabilities

• Maintain loan files, collateral records, and related documentation in an organized and secure manner.
• Perform maintenance and servicing functions on consumer loan accounts.
• Process collateral releases, including UCC filings, electronic liens and titles, and deposit account collateral releases.
• Complete quality control reviews and participate in collateral audits as assigned.
• Process loan-related refunds, overpayments, and rejected payment adjustments.
• Respond to customer, lending staff, and associate inquiries regarding loan account information and servicing matters.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service by phone and in person.
• Provide backup support and cross-functional assistance within Loan Operations as assigned.
