Consumer Experience Representative

Description Summary

The Consumer Experience Representative is Keter’s voice to the consumers who reach out for support. In this position, you will have the opportunity to resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone, webform, and email, while updating internal systems. Utilize Salesforce to manage cases, become a product expert, actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs, troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer’s inquiry, deliver superior customer service through first call resolution, use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals, de-escalate upset customers by solving their problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Punctual attendance
• De-escalation skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Experience using computer and phone in fast-paced environment
• Positive mindset
• “Customer First” and resolution-focus for every interaction
• Attention to detail
• Customer service and call center experience preferred but not expected
