About the role

We're searching for a polite and professional Customer Service Representative to provide superior customer service. This position involves a high degree of public contact and ensures daily operations of the facility. You will receive and answer inquiries from the public by telephone, email, or in person on a wide range of District services, programs, rates, policies, and procedures.

At the Lone Tree Hub, you will serve as the main point of contact during rentals and events, ensuring the highest standard of service to all guests. You will also be responsible for the efficient set-up and take-down of events. Additional duties include completing point-of-sale transactions, handling program registrations, group reservations, passes, and collecting admissions. You will ensure facility rules and safety standards are followed.

Schedule

The Lone Tree Hub operates on an "as needed" basis. You must be available for daytime hours on weekdays and day or night hours on weekends. Daytime shifts may start as early as 8:00 AM, and night shifts may go as late as midnight, depending on the event.

Pay

$15.70 - $20.20 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to the public via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Answer inquiries about District services, programs, rates, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during rentals and events at the Lone Tree Hub.
  • Ensure efficient set-up and take-down of events.
  • Complete point-of-sale transactions, handle program registrations, group reservations, passes, and collect admissions.
  • Ensure facility rules and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
  • Current certifications in AED/CPR and First Aid or the ability to obtain certifications within sixty (60) days of employment.
  • Work experience involving assisting the public, general record keeping, and/or handling money.
  • Proficiency with applicable computer software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to perform multiple functions at once and handle the public in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and general office equipment (computer, copier, fax, telephone, etc.).
  • Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus.
