About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Present solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or client relationship management
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Qualifications

    • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
    • Knowledge of FIS products and services is beneficial

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues

    Pay

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

    Schedule

    This role is full-time and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.
