About the role

The Consultant - Commercial Solutions & Insights Hub (CSIH), Analytic Services role at IQVIA is a hybrid position requiring frequent visits to offices in PA, NY, NJ, or CT. This role is part of a market-leading division within IQVIA Commercial Solutions that provides consulting and analytical services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytics, acquiring knowledge of IQVIA data sources and leading analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Provide business consulting and project management, applying consulting methodologies to deliver engagements, creating presentations for clients, managing projects, and cultivating professional relationships.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable results and recommendations from secondary data sources, addressing a broad range of market, therapeutic, prescriber, patient, payer, and competitive questions.
• Aid in developing detailed documentation and specifications, including business process documentation, SOPs, and client data scorecards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education required.
• 3-5 years of related experience, including consulting and life sciences industry experience.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of fundamental processes in pharmaceutical commercial business.
• Prior healthcare data experience, including working knowledge of physician and patient claims; IQVIA data preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing analytics, including patient journey, segmentation, targeting, promotion, allocation, sales force sizing and optimization, ROI, forecasting, model building, patient analytics, ad-hoc and tracking of LAAD and patient data; supply/supply chain analytics, access: co-pay, performance, customer profiling, reversal/rejection analysis, adherence curves.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in data visualization software, including Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong technical skills in any of the following: SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Excel VBA.
• Exposure to cloud processing environments such as Cloudera, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
• Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional area.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $71,200.00 - $239,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Schedule

This role is hybrid, allowing you to split your time between home and the office, providing flexibility while maintaining strong in-person connections with your team.
