Key Responsibilities
Support daily operation of construction management, accounting, and tracking systems
Input, update, and verify project-related information including job costs, materials, labor, and equipment records
Maintain organized digital project files and system records
Assist project managers and office staff with system-related requests and information retrieval
Review information for accuracy and consistency across internal platforms
Help prepare reports and summaries for ongoing and completed projects
Follow company procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Previous experience in construction office support, administrative roles, or systems-based work preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and construction software
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows
Experience with project management or accounting systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear communication and willingness to support a team environment
