Construction Surveillance Technician I

About the Role

A Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) provides security support for SCIF and SAP construction projects, ensuring compliance with physical security standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and recommend improvements to security policies and procedures.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
• Draft security incident reports and brief government and civilian agencies.
• Manage escort personnel, training, and ensure security incident reporting.
• Conduct inspections of delivery materials for secure space construction.
• Monitor and document construction progress through photography and reports to support accreditation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related security experience.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 and physical security requirements is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certifications (e.g., SFPC, SPSC).
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Strong observational, reporting, and administrative skills.
• Onsite work with no travel required.
