Job Summary
Lead the construction of municipal public safety projects, including fire stations that serve your community!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations and subcontractors on fire station and public safety projects
- Coordinate with city officials, fire department representatives, engineers, and inspectors
- Manage permits, inspections, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead jobsite meetings, oversee punch lists, and ensure quality control
- Mentor and manage field staff to deliver safe, compliant, and on-schedule projects
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5+ years as a Superintendent, preferably on municipal or public safety projects
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred)
- Experience with ground-up construction, site work, and NFPA/fire safety codes
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore
