About the role
The Fire Protection Superintendent oversees the maintenance and operation of fire suppression systems in a commercial building setting. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of fire safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate fire suppression systems to ensure compliance with local and national fire codes.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire suppression systems to identify and address potential hazards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection or related field.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and local/state fire codes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
