Building Security Guard

About the role

The Brink's Company (NYSE:BCO) is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services. This role is within Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, and involves working in branch locations around the world, processing and verifying inbound and outbound liability while ensuring accurate reporting and the security of both our liability and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments, and connect money from one place to the next.
• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times.
• Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day's routes.
• Maintain flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Complete data entry for all transactions of liability.
• Generate and maintain all records and reports daily.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Data Entry skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Ability to work collaboratively in our branch locations.
• Satisfactory completion and maintenance of all required internal training applicable to the position.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, cashier/teller experience.
• Military background.

Pay

Pay Range (Specific to OHI,DEL,NY,CA,CO,WA,MD,CT,IL,NV,,KY,MI,NJ,ME,MO,MA,MT): $21.96 - $26.24 Hourly
